Processing Times

Here, at Planted in Pastels, quality takes time. Please expect a processing time of 3 to 10 business days before your order is shipped. Normal processing times may be shorter. Custom orders will require a longer processing time. Refer to the product description of custom orders for more information.

Tracking Information

Please wait at least 76 hours after purchase before inquiring about tracking information, if you have not already received it. The receipt of tracking information does not confirm your order has been shipped. The shipping company will have information about actual tracking status.

Expediting Orders

Contact us as soon as possible if you need an order expedited. An expedite fee of $10.00 may apply.
