Planted in Pastels is not responsible for your order after it leaves our hands. Please triple check to make sure everything is accurate - most importantly: destination address - before checking out. Packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, etc. in transit need to be addressed with the shipping company. (Please see shipping policies)
